Asutifi Processing and Services Company is a modern facility located in Ghana that helps farmers grow pepper and ginger. We turn these crops into products like dried chili, chili powder, dried ginger flakes, and ginger powder. This helps farmers sell their crops directly and makes sure they get a fair price.
By providing farmers with a reliable market for their produce and access to modern agricultural techniques, the company is helping to create a more sustainable and prosperous future for rural communities.
Our Out-grower Scheme
APSC farmers currently produce the Cayenne variety of chilli pepper and the West African ginger variety. The bird-eye variety of chilli pepper is also under trial by farmers. To ensure quality from farm to consumer, the factory sources and provides quality inputs such as seeds, ginger rhizomes, fertilisers, pesticides, and PPE to farmers on a flexible credit scheme. The factory guarantees offtake from its farmers, creating a ready market for their produce.
